Owls 2 - 3 Knights - We’ll have to see just how good Flakes and co. are, but I have a lot of faith in this Ryan and Oibu duo on the Knights. Unfortunately, It has been reported that Oibu is not playing this match. This matchup is up in the air, anything can happen. I’m going to keep my faith in Ryan and co. to bring this home, but Owls could have a potential upset on their hands.

Vipers FF - W Pioneers - L Bonk, Vipers were over the player limit and therefore the mmr limit as well, so they are forced to forfeit their first game.

Geese 1 - 3 Raiders - This Geese team is a consensus bottom 4 team this season in 3A so it should be a comfortable win for the Raiders roster who are a projected top 6 team this season. The geese did get 2 wins in preseason, so we’ll see if they are underrated or not.

Osprey 1 - 3 Trojans - This Trojans lineup is really threatening with no apparent weak spots. All 3 players on this roster are exceptional and should be able to take this series over Osprey easily. Although, Osprey’s Superstar in Ventus may have something to say about that.

Tundra 1- 3 Bulldogs - Two relatively middle of the pack teams. Each roster fields a stand out player in the forms of Sesh.(Stick) for the Tundra and Foam for the Bulldogs. I do give the nod to the Bulldogs as Foam’s supporting cast is significantly better in my opinion. Should be an exciting series nonetheless.

Entropy 3 - 0 Tigers - This Entropy team is oppressive, shown in preseason by starting it off 3-0 and only losing to Pioneers with an intoxicated Mike. With the Tigers not being the most impressive team as of now, Entropy should make quick work of them and start the season off 1-0.

Heat 2 - 3 Bobcats - This should be an interesting matchup to gauge the strength of this Heat team. As the reigning 3A Champs the Heat have brought back the same winning roster as last season. Although 3A has changed a lot with its mmr ranges and players compared to last season, this Heat roster still fields a solid lineup. I do lean towards the Bobcats as I believe Coffee, their star player, will be very impactful tonight. This will be a great series to watch as we see how last season’s Champs stack up to the competition in 3A this season.

Thunder 0 - 3 Dolphins - Normally I would predict this series closer, but the Thunder’s Mdboys has been reported not playing for this match. Therefore, I think this series will be over very quickly. This Dolphins team is solid, fielding Cxl and Viiper, two very solid players. The Dolphins roster is also taking this season very seriously and have been reported “tryharding in scrims” from trusted sources. Will the Thunder crumble without Md or will the Dolphins disappoint?
